Emmanuel Iwuoha

I am a Mental Health Therapist with a broad educational background and a client-centered, integrative approach to care. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. This multidisciplinary training allows me to understand clients not only from a clinical perspective, but also within the context of their relationships, environments, and life experiences.
My professional experience includes work in faith-based organizations, substance abuse and rehabilitation treatment programs, and outpatient mental health clinics. I have provided therapy to individuals across various age groups and socio-economic backgrounds, supporting clients through challenges related to mental health, recovery, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
In his clinical work, I utilize an eclectic range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. My methods include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. This flexible approach allows me to meet clients where they are and collaboratively develop practical strategies for growth and healing.
I am deeply passionate about my work and believes that every individual can benefit from support at different stages of life. My commitment is to helpi clients build insight, resilience, and the skills needed to function at their full capacity in a supportive and respectful therapeutic environment.
