About Us:
OIC Counseling Services was established in 2011 by our founder, Erric Hetzer, LCSW-C, with a vision to make a meaningful impact on the community. We are a growing behavioral health practice dedicated to providing high-quality, client-centered mental health care for individuals, couples, and families, including both adults and children, across Maryland. To further this vision, we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.
