Denise Johnson

Denise is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with both children and adults. She received her master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in 2005. Denise has experience providing psychotherapeutic services to individuals in outpatient, residential, and hospital settings. Denise is committed to providing quality psychotherapy services to every individual she works with. She uses an eclectic and client-centered approach as she believes there is no “one-size-fits-all” method to treatment. She works one-on-one with her clients to identify unique strategies and solutions that work best for them. Denise has worked with individuals with ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. She strives to help her clients manage their symptoms, improve interpersonal relationships, and cope with other stressors in their lives.
